Items should be returned in their original condition with all accessories, packaging, and documentation included. Light use for testing is acceptable—we want you to experience Bene before deciding.
Once we receive your returned item, we process refunds within 2-3 business days. Depending on your payment method, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
If your Bene Tabletop arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll immediately send a replacement at no cost—no return needed for defective items.
