1. Introduction

Welcome to HeyBene ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services").

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

  • Communications (messages, feedback, support requests)
  • Payment information (processed securely through third-party payment processors)

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device information (device type, operating system, unique device identifiers)
  • Usage data (Bene features used, time spent, interactions)
  • Log data (IP address, browser type, access times)
  • Location data (with your consent, for location-based features)

2.3 Information from Third Parties

Glimmer analytics and advertising measurement

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) helps us understand visits and actions across the Glimmer landing page, reservation flow, and survey.
  • Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API help us measure whether Meta ads lead to Glimmer sign-ups and reservations. GA4 also measures progress through the Glimmer survey.
  • Campaign attribution may include UTM campaign parameters, landing page, ad placement, Meta click ID (fbclid), and Meta browser identifiers (fbp and fbc).
  • For eligible Glimmer lead and reservation events, we may send Meta a SHA-256 hashed email and a SHA-256 hashed internal lead identifier for matching and measurement. We do not include raw email addresses in Meta or GA4 event payloads. Hashing reduces exposure but does not make an identifier anonymous.
  • You can turn analytics and advertising measurement off at any time through Your privacy choices in the website footer. When a browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we keep this measurement off for that browser.
